Richard Doucett

Richard Doucett was born in Pembroke and raised in Carleton Place. He has been involved in the insurance business since 1975 and has specialized in the provision of employee group benefits since 1989. He is the third generation of Doucett’s to provide insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in Eastern Ontario, and his daughter is following in his footsteps having worked with Rick since 2001. His company, Doucett Insurance, is the exclusive agent for the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan for 19 Chambers of Commerce in Eastern Ontario. Rick has, since 1993, consistently qualified as one of the top 100 agents in Canada, having over 400 businesses insured for employee group benefits.

Heather Allin

Heather Allin grew up in Carleton Place, attended Algonquin College and graduated with Honours in the Corrections program in 2001. She has been involved in the insurance business since that time, initially in the administration and client service areas, and since 2003 has specialized in the provision of employee group benefits. Heather achieved a Top Producer award for 2004-2006 and again in 2008-2010 as one of 100 top agents in Canada for the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan. She has also earned her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designations through Dalhousie University. She is the fourth generation of the Doucett family to provide insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in the Eastern Ontario area.

Jennifer Bock

Jennifer has lived in Carleton Place since 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Queen’s University, and a Certificate in Business Administration from The University of Ottawa. Jennifer worked for many years in the high tech industry in Ottawa both as an employee and a contractor. Looking for a career change, Jennifer obtained her license to sell life and health insurance and has joined Doucett Insurance where she is an Account Manager for both group and individual clients.
